Stand Fast in the Lord

Philippians 4:1

“Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved.”

We need encouragement to walk through this life of faith. There are many valleys we must trudge through and mountains to climb. Paul, the apostle, encourages the saints to stay strong in the Lord. We often try to stand in our own strength and smarts, but the key to true victory is to stand firm in the Lord. Remember, He has paid the price for us so that we can rest in Him.
