Isaiah 5:21

Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,
And prudent in their own sight!

No matter how smart we think we are it doesn’t compare to the Creator of the universe.  Think about that… our Father in heaven loves us. We don’t deserve His love, and there is no way we could ever earn His love. Knowing this, let’s be submitted to His will and to His way.
