Living For Christ

Philippians 1:21

 

"21 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain."

What a profound statement Paul makes!  In this verse he truly sums up his whole purpose.  “To live is Christ and to die is gain,” because in dying Paul would be with the Lord forever.  

Our lives on this earth should be totally focused on God’s will.  Remember that we were bought with a price! God had given us His Holy Spirit.  Let us strive more each day to give ourselves more and more to Him.
