Is There a Doctor in the House?

Luke 5: 31 - 32

“Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

We definitely live in a sin-sick world, but I am so glad that Jesus is our Savior.  He died on the cross of Calvary to carry all of our sins.  He became our substitute.  He did something that we could never accomplish ourselves. He gave us the opportunity for eternal life.

Oh, let us never forget the weighty price He paid for our sins!
