Earnest Prayer

Psalms 5: 1 - 3

Give ear to my words, O Lord,
Consider my [b]meditation.

2 

Give heed to the voice of my cry,
My King and my God,
For to You I will pray.

3 

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord;
In the morning I will direct it to You,
And I will look up.

How often do you pray? I mean … really pray? How often do you take time with God and really focus on Him without distractions like cell phones and mobile devices? Ernest prayer can be tough! We must fall in love with Christ more than anything around us. 

I encourage you today to cry out to the Lord! Direct your prayers to our holy and awesome God.  Don’t allow anyone to stand in the way of seeking His face with your whole heart, mind, soul and strength!
